This event is included in the registration fee for participants and accompanying persons. All delegates and accompanying persons are invited to the official reception given by the Mayor of Aarhus.

The Mayor is the host and a glass of wine and snack will be served.

Friday 28th of May

Excursions to The Old Town with take-a-long dinner.

Experience a guided tour in The Old Town, which is a 5-star world-class experience, and is under the patronage of her Majesty the Queen. 75 historical houses, gardens, exhibitions, shops and workshops. The museum is a living and breathing experience of what it was like to live and work in a Danish market town, as it was in the old days. Meet the people and characters of yesteryear, experience life as it was in their living rooms and kitchens; and smell the flowers right in their own gardens. Taste, smell and experience history.

A light and informal dinner will be served at The Old Town.

Galla, Dinner & Dance at Restaurant Terassen in Tivoli Friheden

3 course dinner, wine, coffee / tea and avec will be served. Night snack at 00:30.

Presentation award and talks.

Music by the famous Danish band "PARKLIFE".

Bus shuttle to and from the conference hotels will be provided.
