Exhibition
The number of participants is estimated to approx. 200. The participants will come from all the Nordic and Baltic countries - both nurses and doctors.
Participating in SNS2010 as a sponsor and / or exhibitor your company will have direct access to the largest group of experts and practitioners in the field of neurosurgery in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
We emphasize that exhibitors are an integrated part of the meeting and will facilitate contact and interactions between visitors and exhibitors.
Venue
The venue is the Scandinavian Congress Center and the exhibition will be situated in the foyer in front of the meeting rooms. Coffee and lunch will be served in and around the foyer. And we vill make sure that coffee and lunch breaks will give you the opportunity for direct customer contact in a friendly and social setting.
The 600 square meter room is perfect for exhibition with its 12 meters floor to ceiling hight.
Opening hours
The exhibition will be open from Friday morning at 09:00 until Saturday at 16:00.
Set up and dismantling
It is possible to set up the exhibition from Thursday the 27th at 17:00. Dismantling of the exhibition will start after the last coffee break Saturday the 29th.
Registration
All personnel present at the exhibition must register either as exhibitor or participant due to safety precautions.

Equipment / electricity
All exhibitors will receive a detailed plan for the position of the booths together with a possiblity to order different equipment and electricity for use at the booth (incl. cleaning etc.)
